I just built my new computer and I have everything plugged in correctly. When I power on the computer, the fans start to spin, I get a orange light on my motherboard, but nothing comes up on my screen. After about 5 seconds, my fans turn off, then back on again, and it repeats this until I cut the power. I have re-seated every component except the CPU. I have tried a different PSU, and have the same result. I was able to get into the bios yesterday, but this morning is when it stopped working. I have also tried resetting the CMOS, but not sure if it worked.
I have a GIGABYTE B250M-DS3H motherboard.

I think I have got it down to either the motherboard or the CPU. Is there a way to eliminate one of them without buying more hardware?
