Windows 10 wont start after update

Hi!

I started my parents' laptop (Acer Aspire 5742G) today and I saw some updates came up so I let them finish. I wasnt paying attention to them though it seemed that it took a long time. Windows 10 btw. So when it finally finished and restarted Automatic Repair came up and similar to others nothing worked- reseting nor restoring. They dont have backup also. So i tried hundreda of ways to go into safe mode but nothing seems to work. I don't know much about computers but even my friend who knows a lot more gave up. Please anyone can help?

If you updated it to Windows 10 Anniversary update, do you know if it's got a TPM module in it?

Is there an error code on the screen as well?

Just try to reinstall Win 10 completely and update it once again

You cant check unless you opened it. Since you cant boot into it

There maybe a TPM option in the BIOS if you can get into that if it's on. It maybe enabled
