HOW to stop Firefox from freezing up. I am using Windows 10.

When I am on the internet, Firefox keeps freezing up and I have to shut it down and start all over again. What can I do? I have Windows 10. Thank You so much.

This may be true but they may have a reason they prefer Firefox. There are still people who insist on using IE on Win 10, I may wonder why but I still try to help them if I can.
