I'm no doctor, but generally speaking, I think most monitors these days are pretty safe and I haven't heard of any instances I can recall in recent years where anyone's had a seizure looking at a modern display.
I think issues mostly resulted from older displays that either struggled to produce a certain refresh rate, or produced weird refresh rates that triggered seizures. But from what I've been able to see, and what I've heard, I don't think a modern TN panel should be a problem for you. But to be safe, consult your doctor
