My computer crashed on a black screen that only has this code >> αRÉNTFS

Every time I restart it and wait till it enters on normal mode, this same black screen with this code shows up.

When I enter in safe mode instead, PC always asks to choose which HD I need to startup as if it lost it. After I select the HD that has the operational system, computer works normally in safe mode only.

When I restart the PC and enter the BIOS, it can detect my HDs normally as well.

My PC has a SSD and a HD.
SSD has the OS and HD has the programs and files.

I already tried using System File Checker and icacls.exe to repair corrupted files, but SFC didn't identify any corrupted files and after I ran icacls.exe and restarted PC, black screen error persists.

I can't use System Restore, because it wasn't configured on my PC.

Is there anything I can do to solve this issue besides reinstalling the OS?

PC specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro X64
RAM: 8,00 GB
Processor: Intel Core i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70 GHz 3.70GHz

Solution
If you have BOOT disk/USB with bootable windows installation, you should boot from it and select Repair or In place upgrade option that keeps your files and programs option.
