Screen Tearing with Free Sync Enabled??

The Amd Radeon software that I am using is saying that Free Sync is enabled, but when I head into a game, I still get noticeable screen tearing. I thought free sync was supposed to eliminate tearing completely... does anyone have a solution to this?

I figured it out. All you have to do is cap the framerate with MSI afterburner so that the frame rate of the game that you are playing, never goes above your monitors refresh rate.

Freesync has a range and you were probably going out of it.
