File Explorer opens on start up with Unhandled Exception Error which closes almost immediately

Hey all, I just bought a new MSI laptop (msi72mvr) and just today it started opening file explorer on its own on start up, its not listed in the programs list that start on start up, after about 5-10 seconds a small window pops up with has an unhandled exception error code, it closes itself almost immediately with no other issues, and if i open it up manually it doesnt come up with the error code. I want to do a reset but dont want to go through the hassle of installing drivers and all the MSI apps (dragon center, steel series keyboard), if anyone has any ideas of what i could do id greatly appreciate the help!

and when i say it closes itself i mean the error code!
