My pc has been working perfectly good up until about 2 days ago where a random error message pops up saying something about runDLL and how it "Can't find the specific module." The file that it showed was "C:\2DeBqDoJwp2DeBqDoJwp\2DeBqDoJwp.vbs." After trying to look this up and tried many solutions, nothing worked. I tried to fix it myself by actually deleting the file, but this time I get a different message, but it only pops up if I close the previous error message. Today I got the same problem a second time while still having the previous error message. I did the same process and now I have two messages. Is this a virus of some sort and is there a fix?

To use Autoruns? Run it and with Everything Tab selected go to Entry (near the top) and choose Find and search for .vbs the only .vbs file you should have is gathernetworkinfo.vbs. That is the case on my system anyway so anything else I would suspect and delete. Than head over to the Antivirus section of the forum to http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2646010/free-antivirus-free-internet-security-free-antispyware-solutions.html and get a good AV. A lot of people swear by Avira for a Free Antivirus option and definetly use Malwarebytes 3 as well. Avira Rescue System https://www.lifewire.com/avira-rescue-system-review-2617879 is also a really good offline Linux based bootable scanner but you will need to use RUFUS to put on a USB stick or burn to a DVD. You will have to also be hard wired to you network with a ethernet cable so that it can download latest virus definitions.
