Sharp fonts on Windows 10 but not on all computers

It's been a long time that I realized that Dell computers has some sort of feature which seems to improve the font sharpness on the screen, then I realized Windows does use a different font (?) on these computers, since not every software seems to be able to use them as well on the same computer, I wonder if it's possible to setup these kind of crystal clear fonts on any other computer.

To be honest I felt stupid for asking this since the beginning, I work with IT and could not find answer by myself.

I verified the settings for display and found out that the fonts were scaled up to 125%, that's why iTunes fonts were blurred.

I tried changing the scaling to 100% and now the fonts seems really small on the laptop, I'll try those with the desktop.

Yeah not all applications use scaling very well at all windows. Glad you figured it out.
