What happens if i install my SSD w/ windows 10 into a new PC?

So i'm upgrading soon to an essentially new computer, and the one thing i'm not changing is my SSD, which is causing me a little bit of confusion in what i need to do.

Obviously i'll uninstall all my drivers, but is that all i need to do? Can i just chuck in the SSD and have it run fine? Or do i need to completely wipe my SSD and start from scratch?

My windows activation is linked to my account as i saw suggested for easy transfer to new hardware.

If its a new mobo do a clean install
