Black screen on startup, screen only works when in safe mode

Out of nowhere my screen turned black when watching a video and ever since I have been getting a blackscreen when starting my pc.
I have reinstalled windows but the problem still occurs on every startup. This happens when I plug my hdmi into my graphics card and also when I plug it directly into my motherboard.
I have tried going into safe mode and uninstalling the display driver but when I start my pc I get a blackscreen after about a minute and after that the blackscreens occur right on startup.

Do you add the new hardware recently?
Usually if the PC runs fine in safe mode only, the problem will relate to the software/driver. Also try start your computer with essential hardware only.
