Bad Image Errors and .dll errors

Yes I have read the other threads on this and they have not worked. Whenever I try to launch certain applications this pops up: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\USERNV.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000002.

userenv.dll is a module that contains application programming interface (API) functions to create and manage user profiles. userenv.dll is a system process that is needed for your PC to work properly. It should not be removed. http://www.processlibrary.com/en/directory/files/userenv/21678/

did you try
right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its run, copy/paste this into same window
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

SFC cleans and fixes system files, DISM cleans the image file which SFC uses to compare files. If sfc failed first time to fix everything, run it...
