CONVERTER For Monitor Please Help Me

I have and analogue monitor that uses only vga and a video card that has dislpay port and dvi-d(ASUS RX 470 4gb)should i buy an adapter form vga to dvi-d or to display port?(I WILL USE IT AS A SECOND MONITOR)
