esco_sid and WiiUMasterGman is there any way that the build can contain an z170 mobo for future upgrades and only one stick of ram(1x8)

My build does contain 1 stick because of only 2 slots on the motherboard so you can upgrade as far as z170 it might need bios update to use 7 series CPU and will cost more but if you choose that route go for z270 to avoid bios issues.

I would advise against going to z series tough as the CPU i put in there is already a quad core even if you pick up top end cpu it will not be worth the price/performance ratio to upgrade and throw away the old cpu. Only logical choice would be to get 7600k with z270 off the bat if your budget allows it.
