I accidentally Uninstalled my AMD drivers help!

I accidentally Uninstalled my AMD Drivers from Device manager.i remember i checked uninstall for this PC.
i can't install it again and when i'm going to install it again i get this message:Error 173 – AMD Installer Cannot Continue Since AMD Graphics Hardware Was Not Found
help me to fix it please.

And then try re-installing the drivers. If you don't have the drivers, download them from AMD's Web site.

i uninstalled that last time from device manager
am i have to do that again?is this solve error 173?
