I like big screens... on the other hand the other 2 are going to be better for gaming.
Do you have an AMD card? One of them has Freesync and will allow for a refresh and frame rates.
But...
I still play at 60Hz... Why? Because if your card is getting 60fps in a game, that's pretty smooth.
Also, the screen I game on is a 65" 4k TV. So... like I said.. I like bigger. Some would rather have the smaller gaming screen.

You can try looking up your monitors of interest here: https://www.monitornerds.com/ I've found that site useful. I agonized over a new monitor recently and ended up with an Asus MX27AQ, not in your price range but a very nice 60Hz unit.

I would suggest as close to 24" as you can get. There are a lot of good options in your price range and over 60Hz is a choice, not a requirement for decent gaming etc.

Here is a great looking 24-ish option: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16824236757 and the 27" is right at $199 USD.

I have the 2011-year version of this monitor and it's been flawless for me and was my primary until I recently upgraded to the 2k monitor I mentioned above: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236102&ignorebbr=1

Very good price on this last one but you don't get the low blue light and flicker free tech on it. The 27" inch version is right at your price point for $159 USD. There are a lot of quality options in your price range for 1080p at 24 and maybe 27 inches. Read reviews and I think you can make a good selection you will be happy with. And, btw, no issues with AOC as far as I am concerned... again, read reviews and compare specs.

thanks this helps. however the options u gave they are pretty costly for my budget :p mostly i am gonna play cs:go and overwatch. 90% ovrwatch and rest cs:go. i guess i will go for the aoc 24 inch one. it's full hd and response rate is 2ms gtg. so that should the job i guess. other two monitors are 1ms gtg. so probably have to do some research if 1ms vs2 ms is gonna make any huge difference or not. but i gues i will go for the 24inch anyway . let's see :) thanks again.

yes thanks. i agree with you about the bigger screen. i have two hdtv 42inch and 32 inch. :p but i do play cs:go and mostly ovrwatch so the input lag kills me(performance) big time. hence i need a 22-24 inch 1ms or 2ms gtg monitor.

i actually ended up getting this one for $133
VA panel with 4ms gtg. cause after so much of research what i found if it's 60hz than 5ms or below should do the job. if it's 144hz then 2ms or less.
