Fresh install win10 ssd

Hi.

Today i got my new mobo which is a msi 970 gaming. And i've cleared my ssd so i can do a fresh win 10 indstall. Now i have been into bios and everything looks good. But when i try to install win 10 from my usb stick i get a message saying that my i cant install it to my ssd because of gpt partion something...
Mobo is set to boot in legacy+uefi mode since i can only boot in 2 different ways and that is uefi alone or legacy+uefi.
My question is why i cant install windows 10 ?

Where did you get the ISO for Windows 10 and what software are you using to create an install media? Also, what kind of media is it, DVD or USB?

I bought a windows 10 home package from my local store and its on a usb stick.

Its installing from the windows boot manager

You need to choose to install from the USB. Go into your BIOS and choose the USB stick as the number 1 option.

I'm using the same mobo and had the same problem. I ended up taking it to a local shop and they got Windows to install but now I'm having massive stability issues. I'm starting to think this might be an MSI issue... anyone else have any thoughts on that?
