22 inch freesync ips monitor or 24inch flicker free monitor

Hi,
I would like someone to suggest me which monitor should i buy, im a casual gamer and play for 2-3 hrs daily. My current monitor is a 720p monitor and im shifting to 1080p gaming as it has quite a few advantages. I have a nvidia gpu (gtx 960), thats why im stuck between choosing these 2 monitors below-

I only have these 2 options as these are the best monitor i could find in my country (India) within my budget. Please tell me which one would be a better choice for me.

I personally think the LG ( https://pcpartpicker.com/product/QbGj4D/intel-core-i5-7500-34ghz-quad-core-processor-bx80677i57500 ) is better as it is IPS.
