Firefox freezes for few seconds

First i thought i was loosing connection for few seconds every now and then but i just noticed other browser like IE works fine during firefox "freez". For example i watch video and sudenly it stops rendering, then i try to open google and i just see refreshing wheel rolling like there is no connection. Its just started happening since couple of days.

Could be an add-on that is causing firefox to hang. Check your add-ons if you have any for updates. Go to tools > Add-ons.

Clear your web cache. Go to tools > options > advanced > network. Cached web content. Web sites with your automatic logins will need to be done again.
