Please Suggest Ram

I have a Asus H61 motherboard and going to buy 8 GB additional Ram. I read that my motherboard can only support 1600 MHz ram on 2nd Gen CPU. I want to know that can 1866MHz ram be used with my 1300 MHz ram? or in other words, what ram will be best suitable for my pc.

My pc specs are:

Intel Core i3-2120@3.30GHz processor
RAM: 4GB DDR3 @ 1300 MHz
Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 240 1GD5
PSU: 450W Generic Supply

Thanks for suggesting. but I am looking for 1x8 gb ram since i already have 1x4gb that will make total 12 gb ram.
Can't I get 8gb-ddr3 1333 non ecc unbuffered ram?
