Vegas Pro 13 Stopped Working (Windows 10) "Creating Window"

Hey guys,
So I updated lately to the creators update Windows 10, and I can't launch Vegas Pro 13 and keeps crashing right after "Creating Window" just like the picture below:

I did yeah, but no avail
Also, runs without problems with Safe Mode!

Well yeah I tried that, I tried a clean installation of the GPU driver but unfortunately that didn't work :/

Yeah it was working just fine, I had Windows 10 Pro, it was running without problems...
It only started after getting the Windows 10 Creators Update!

I updated all my systems to the Creators update and found a couple very minor issues that updating drivers corrected. No applications issues have been found.

I did a search earlier and found no specific issues tied to Vegas Pro 13 and this latest update. Have you sought any support via Vegas Pro support?

Well that didn't work either, I re-installed all the drivers including GPU, network and Audio... But still not working

I fixed it by deleting the D3D9.dll in System32!
(In case I shouldn't have done that please make sure to apprise me about it!)

That is a DirectX DLL. You might want to run dxdiag to repair DirectX.
