Second monitor has power, but cannot be detected by PC

Hello, here are the facts for my situation.

- I know both monitors work
- Each monitor will work separately in one of my two monitor ports
- If one monitor is plugged in, the other one cannot be detected by PC
- If one monitor is plugged in, it will have power (fed by my PC), yet can't be detected
