Hello,

I recently built my first PC, and i still want to use my old monitor (LG Flatron W1943TE) but I don't have the cable to connect my monitor to the new graphics card (MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X).

Fortunately, my monitor supports DVI-D. I'm currently looking for a DVI-D dual link to connect my monitor and graphics card.

I would like to ask if a DVI-D to HDMI / HDMI to DVI-D cable will work? Like, if I plug the HDMI to the graphics card and the DVI-D part to the monitor.

Thanks.

Wow! Thanks.

I'll test it when i get home. Since, I'll be only using the old monitor temporarily while saving for a new one.
