Black Screening While Gaming

I have recently been having an issue where my computer will black screen one monitor. It seems to occur more often while gaming. I am running two 27" Samsung monitors and when it black screens it only does one of them. The screen will seem to turn off, all leds go off and then restart re-establishing connection showing "HDMI" in the top left only lasting a few seconds. I have attached a YouTube video showing the issue. This does not happen much after start up, which makes me believe it is a temperature issue. However in star craft 2 and over-watch the black screens will occur almost every 30 seconds. Once out of game it may black screen a few more times but will usually stop. Something to note, if i move the game to the other monitor the black screens seem to follow the game and will down the other monitor.
On top of that, It also black screens in bios.

Video just sitting in SC2 Menus:

Here are some of the things i have tried to resolve the issue:

  • Checked and watched Temperatures, Voltage, GPU load, memory from three different programs (pictures included above).

Overclocking, under-clocking, restricting temperatures to a lower temp.

Changing cables on monitors (tried DVI and HDMI) and rotating power cables, since they felt warm. Also plugged monitors into different power strip. (Monitors do not feel warm)

Replacing one of my 27" monitor with a smaller one I had, which I could not get to black screen. Also tried one my 27" monitor on a friends computer and could not reproduce the black screen (did not try for more than 10 mins).

Made sure all cables in computer were snug.

Turned fans to max and to low, no difference.

Updated drivers for everything I could, including monitor firmware which i did not know was a thing.

Ran a complete virus scan, nothing

Few weeks ago I ran Memtest for about 4 cycles and nothing seemed wrong.

I have called EVGA and talked to tech support, thinking it was a video card issue which they agreed. Completed the RMA and installed the new graphics card to no avail.

Solution
Well I ended up figuring it out on my own. The problem ended up being the monitors. Some how both monitors seem to be going bad at the exact same time with the exact same problem. For anyone having this issue I found the turning the refresh rate down from "Fastest" to normal was a quick fix. This would not fix the problem however it made gaming possible again till I can purchase new monitors. Hopefully this helps someone!
