Years ago Tom's Hardware did 'best PC Builds for the money' - what happened to them?

To be clear I'm NOT talking about competition builds where people (staff or forum uses) vote on it.
Tom's Hardware staff would build them & rate them in three categories
budget/midrange/best
When did they cease doing them?
