Which monitor to choose?

I don't know which monitor to choose.

2. https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.HG0AA.001 (for $377)

The main differences are that the second monitor is 1440p and 27".

So is the more price worth the 27", 1440p and a worse stand?

Note that I will use any of them with a GTX 1080 and games mostly.

The prices stated are for my country so I am not wrong price-wise.

The XG270HU is much better since it is 1440p 144hz, and it would be better suited to the 1080.
