P.S.
I'm still open to your suggestions of course. MUCH APPRECIATION FOR YOUR SUGGESTIONS :) THANKS GUYS! :)

i would start with at least a gold rated PSU.
the i5 will blow away the Ryzen in most scenarios. unless you are doing strictly processing that will benefit from the 6 cores like video editing, large score archiving, etc. i would go for the i5 K version though and add a nice overclock.
the RX 270 is a fairly weak GPU. have recently setup a 8GB RX 280 and it can't even do a consistent 60fps @1080p with highest settings in most newer games. the 6GB GTX 1060 is a stronger card in a close price range.
you are also choosing lower quality motherboards. the Z170 or the X370 variants would be better options with more/better features.

if it's meant to be a gaming rig it is usually better to just save for a bit longer and get higher quality components than to go for a quick lower-budget build.

Reputable
The i5 performance is pretty well known and established. Ryzen 5 1600X is slightly behind but will continue to get better as it gets optimized over the next few months.

Thank you guys for the answers :) They're really a big help. If it helps, https://dynaquestpc.com Here's the link where I'm planning to buy the components from. This supplier gives out one of the most decent prices in the market since most of the shops here in the Philippines are kind of "unfair", for the lack of appropriate words.
