NEWEGG parts missing from order (Not in BOX)

Ordered 4 items from NewEGG. Waited all week for them to arrive.

Box was supposed to have:
1) i7-7700k
2) AsRock Killed SLI 270
3) Samsung 850 EVO SSD
4) 16 Gigs Corsair DDR4

Opened the box and the i7-7700k is MISSING.
It says it should be in box but its not.
Filed a claim but am REALLY PISSED.

Newegg telling me I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to make a decision.

Clearly this is a NEWEGG issue not a shipper issue. Someone in the warehouse didnt put my item in the box.

Were they all listed on the invoice in the box?

Yes everything was listed on the invoice. It just wasnt in the box. And the FEDEX package was sealed.

I would wait and see what Newegg has to say about your missing CPU and if they don't resolve it then I would follow-up with the Better Business Bureau.

I don't suppose you enabled the Google Purchase Protection during checkout? If you did Google will cover up to $1000 (I think) if there's issues with your order that Newegg can't fix.

If it was on the invoice in the box that means the order wasn't split , they need to rectify it.

Hopefully they get back to you with good news. I've always had great luck with them.

I guess Ill wait to see what they come back with. Super upset. Feel like newegg ROBBED ME.

Newegg resolved my claim and has since shipped out the missing i7-7700k processor. Faith renewed. Thanks

Glad they where able to resolve it, I've always used Newegg for my PC purchases and never had issues that couldn't be fixed.
