Win 7 genuine free upgrade to win 10

Hi, I have windows 7 ultimate genuine and I want to upgrade to win 10. Do you know if, I download it from Microsoft site and use the Windows Media Creation Tool, I will be able to upgrade to windows 10 without needing a new product key?
I know that the offer ended in July last year.

if you still have your windows 7 key it may still work but not 100% on that
