Is this a good build for an $1100 gaming PC?

I posted here earlier about a slightly different build, but my budget has changed and I don't want to spend much more than $1100 USD. I chose these parts based on advice I have gotten from a few people. I am new to PC building, so any feedback is appreciated.

I would like to play modern games at max settings, 1080p, 60fps. I plan to overclock the CPU and GPU. I don't plan to do SLI. Thank you for your time.
