cant get rid of gears of war 4 from xbox live win 10

this is soo annoying me ive been at it for 3 hours now, how the hell do you get rid of a windows store brought game after you do a fresh install of windows 10

I am never ever buying a game from windows store they are terrible i pay for a game i should be able to delete it or have the xbox app locate it at least on my hard drive but no have to re-download 116GB game what a joke

sounds like they need the same ability steam has where you can re use libraries and not reinstall it every time. This is also needed on Onedrive as well, or you have to download everything even if its already on PC.
