cheapest gpu to output 4k movies to 4k vizio tv?

im setting up an htpc in my mother and step fathers living room

she has a Lenovo H215, the motherboard is lenovo m3a760m v.1.01 and the cpu is AMD Athlon II X2 215 / 2.7 GHz .

not gaming just bare minimum to be able to atleast show 1920x1080, 2160x1440p+

what about on screens 50, 60 upwards to 70"??

I used on-board video for 4k playback. Mostly any Intel CPU made in the last few years. Also any video card over the last few years will be okay.

Since you have a AMD system you will do best with a cheap video card.
