What can I change out of this build so that total stays under $1500 or Rs.1,00,000.
Case will stay the same...can't compromise on that one.

Get R7 1700 instead of R5 1600X because it will help in Video Editing. Add a better CPU cooler in future when you plan on pushing it to limit(and have money to spend).
