Need help to decide which monitor should i get LG 34UC79G-B or Asus ROG SWIFT PG348Q

i am looking for two monitors but i don't know which one should i get

the only difference it between the two monitor is to choose between resolution or refresh rate

the 4k monitor Asus ROG SWIFT PG348Q have 100hz refresh rate but the non 4k monitor LG 34UC79G-B

so which one should i get ? i just want to get 4k monitor because something not to change in the few years , as u can see gaming industry aiming for 4k resolution now like ps4 pro and such so what u guys think about ?

None of these two monitor is 4K, keep that in mind. 4K UHD is 3840x2160, 3440x1440 is UWQHD.
