Older Gigabyte Motherboard Bios Update?

I have a GA-965G-DS3 I kinda sound dumb to ask but how do I update bios? I'm using version F6 I downloaded F9. Put it on a usb, tried to boot from it, but no luck. Sorry, I'm not a software guy =/

All tutorials I could find are for new boards with easy flash. T hat's not fair, I have a 2007 board.

It's a utility called Q-Flash.
