Any good 60hz monitors for gaming?

Hi, I have been looking around the internet to find a good monitor that is 60hz (144hz is too expensive for my budget) but I haven't been able to find any with good quality but also at the same time being on the cheaper side (~100$). If anyone could help me out, any help is appreciated, thanks!
