i've been getting a lot of blue screens lately, and i don't know why.

my pc specs:

windows 10
i7 4790k
gtx970
ASUS H87 plus mobo
16GB ram
320GB HDD
148GB HDD
2TB HDD
600w PSU

at first i thought it was due to the psu not being powerful enough since it only happend with pretty graphics-intensive games (fallout 4; the witcher 3; far cry 3...) but today it happend with CS:GO...
the HDD on wich i installed windows (the 320gb one) is pretty old, i got it from a friend who didn't need it anymore; coud it be the cause?
is there a way to migrate windows with a free program?

Lets stop guessing and have a look

Can you download and run who crashed - it will give us a glimpse of the errors you getting and might help us solve them

Copy/paste summary in here and I see what I can do :)

If errors just blame ntoskrnl, Can you follow option one here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-bsod-minidump-configure-create-windows-10-a.html
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c/windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)
