Screen gets darker after i log in

SO when i'm on log in screen on windows 10 it looks bright but when i click log in it becomes darker as it shows desktop.Monitor brightness is at 100 and it still looks dark?
Any way to fix this? Also adaptive brightness is off in power options.
Monitor is lg29um50 its few days old

I cant find that option anywhere i looked in display settings advanced settings control pane and options can you take a picture and upload it here if you can??
