My dad realised he had a bunch of adware on his pc about a month ago, I told him he should wipe it and reinstall windows but he only just got to doing that yesterday, windows 10, the install went fine, but maybe a minute after you login the pc crashes when you launch a program, I don't know if when you don't if still does, coming up with the end process box multiple times but you can't press any of the choices, it just has the blue spinning wheel, I can move the program around but I can't access the alt f4 menu or the ctrl+alt+del either it just totally freezes
Can anybody help? I think the adware broke something, but I don't know how to fix it please help.
