want to delete files only from drive c

hey i wanted to know if there is a way to uninstall files only from drive c with a program like i obit uninstaller becuase icant seem to know what is catching all the storage on that drive

well its my ssd its 128gb and 73 gb are in use and 44.9 gb are free

its look like when u install amd drivers the installer wont delete from the computer they will go to amd folder and after some reaserch i can say its safe to delete amd folder on your c drive
