can't play any video game

i can heard the audio of the game, but can't see the video of the game. is it the problem of graphics card?

You could try checking Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound... on Playback tab make sure "Default Device" is the one you would expect it to be (analog, spdif, monitor etc.) It could be your audio is playing... just on the wrong output device.
