So, i just bought a new computer, which was built by people who knew what they were doing. I thought i could install windows my self but, i booted the pc with the usb stick that had windows 10 in and when it boots it shows something like: there was a problem with a device connected to your pc. After trying the same thing several times i deleted windows 10 from the usb stick, I installed windows 8 and went to do the same thing, but this time the only thing that showed up was a blue screen and nothing happened. Again tried it many times with no success. I need help if, if anyone knows what to do please tell me. Thank you.

For a psu could you look at something like these,
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/DxH48d,TgW9TW,xVkD4D,p2yFf7/
the latest CXM series from Corsair (the black/white ones) are also a good choice. This is a pick via the pcpartpicker set to German, but the primary seller seems to be Amazon so i assume those are available to you too.
The XFX pro only comes with one pcie adapter so that is something to keep in consideration,j ust for looking to upgrade in the future.

Your system as is will run fine at a 450watt psu, the reason why some are in that link.

For those Corsair units...

Why not take it back to the people who made it? there is a chance the problem is faulty hardware as that can happen even on new PC. Get them to install windows 10 and make sure it works before giving it to you.

what devices were attached? did you attach a printer or anything odd apart from mouse/keyboard? If not, PC needs to be taken to people who made it.

I can't find any reviews for the PSU or who makes the PSU, I would be tempted to get a better PSU from Seasonic or another brand in tier 2 of this listing - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html as there is no guarantee that the PSU you have can support the PC. I doubt its the problem here but it may be down the line. Its not made by a brand I know anything about

Looking around it appears its made by Raidmax and judging from reviews I have seen, I would get them to put a different better PSU into PC, even if it costs more. A bad PSU can kill parts over time. Better to have a solid base to start from. It seems the PSU has been around 5 years and may not support the new power modes in Win 10

No, you're somewhat confused there.

A good PSU won't cause a fire or any damage, even if you overload it. It'll calmly shut off long before anything bad can happen.

Reading plenty of reviews will tell you not to buy a Raidmax, because they strip out a lot of the protection stuff that makes the PSU turn off when bad things happen.

They also tend to use cheap caps, so after a while you'll likely get high ripple and voltage instability, leading to potential crashes and other issues.

TL;DR: get a good PSU. Don't just get a big one.

Seems like a pattern

Sory its junk.
And no it cant do anywhere near 600 watts on the 12v rail, its only rated for 456 watts.

looks like none of their PSU are what they say they are on the box. Bet they cheap though.

Who were "the people who knew what they were doing"? Friends, or a company? If a company, you should contact them and tell them about your problem. When you say you put Windows 8 on the USB drive, do you mean you used the Media Creation Tool to create the Windows Installation Media on the USB drive? If you just put the Windows 8 .iso file on the USB drive and tried to boot from that, it won't work.

I wanted to install windows myself because it would be a waste of money if they did it. I will take it back to them.
I only had the keyboard and mouse connected so im pretty convinced that what happened was not my fault. One last thing i want to ask is if i can keep the PSU for a year or so or will it damage my computer?

It might appear to be a waste of money but if they find hardware that isn't working properly when they install win 10, they are in a position to replace the non working parts.
If the power supply doesn't give the parts the power they need to run, it could cause them to misbehave and/or turn off during operation. I have seen USB devices turn off, monitors turn off and PC restart in games cause PC is asking for more power than power supply can give. It might also explode or go bang (been there) so its not something to treat lightly

You have some good parts there, be sad to see them not getting the power they need. I used to not care about power supplies but kept having other parts die randomly (3 hard drives in a few months) so I now try to get best PSU I can afford as security. Its the heart of PC so if its not healthy, rest of PC has to cope with it.
