Should I upgrade my PC, or buy a new one?

My question is, Should I sell my PC and purchase a new computer, or upgrade this one. If I should upgrade, what do you think i should upgrade, with a budget of around 400(at most)

If I am buying a new one, I can spend less than 1,000 (preferably less than 850- 900.

Your current pc isn't bad. You could get a couple more years out of it if you upgrade the gpu. Also possibly the psu because the one you have isn't that great. I'd look at a gtx 1060 or rx 4/580.

Nice! That should do great for 1080p.
