Hi there, I am having a problem resetting my pc. I went to settings > update & security > > Recovery > Reset This PC. I got to the black screen with the windows logo saying something like "Resetting this pc %10" but when it got around %30 I got a blue screen saying "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made". How do I fix this or how do I reset my pc WHILE keeping my windows 10 license. Thanks.

Did you choose to keep files and settings or wipe it all? If you want 1st choice, I would copy everything you want to keep off the drive as resets tend to get broken like this and easiest fix is a fresh install instead.

You won't lose licence as its stored on MS servers now so when you reach part of install asking for a licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer

On the screen where you choose where to install win 10, if it gives you an error about GPT drives, delete all the partitions on the hdd and press next. If it still gives error, cancel out of the installer and restart PC and start installer again, it will accept next on that screen this time (some PC just need a restart here)
