Windows changed from Microsoft login to local account after power outage???

My custom pc changed from a Microsoft login to a local account after a power outage and now I can't log in. Is there any way to remotely change back to a Microsoft login?

I gave away my CD drive, and I'd like to avoid purchasing a new one or a usb boot.

Confirm you have a internet connection, then hit control alt del to bring up task manager and log in with a new user. Put your network account name in and try to log in. If the machine sees the internet the account will be work and will become the default as long at the network connection is still up.
