My desktop suddenly shut off randomly

Hi i am having some trouble with my computer when i play Over watch. After playing for about 20~30 minutes, the screen goes out and I can hear some buffer sound with it and it will not turn back on unless i press button on my PC. here is the spec for my PC.

CPU Intel core i7-3770k CPU 3.50 ghz overclocked to 4.0ghz
RAM Corsair Dominator GT 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866
GPUGeforece gtx 970 4 gb
MOBO: MSI Z77 MPOWER
PSU: TX850M (850w)
both water cooling (corsair)cpu and gpu

Possibly overheating?

Does the problem occur when you run other applcations or a heavy load on PC?

Roll back on the overclocking. Check temperatures. Be sure all fans are connected and running. Ensure that the PC's ventilation holes are not blocked in some manner.

Look in the computer's Event Viewer logs. There are likely to be some log entries with error codes or warnings just before or at the time of the shutdowns.
