Little bit of help with this build

This is what I have planned. I'd ideally like to spend a little less, but an i5 is a must, so not overly bothered as long as the cost isn't too high. I need some help picking RAM, I'm not entirely sure what to choose. Also, what would you recommend for an ATX mobo as AFAIK they give you a better upgrade path in future. Thanks for any help!

You don't really need a CPU cooler with a locked processor. The stock Intel cooler is decent enough. Power supply is a little better, and your ram choice wasn't bad, just that the i5-7500 can take 2400Mhz memory, so might as well.
