Hey!
I ran into a problem, my disk usage is on 100% on Local host and System processes.
This only happens when i am connected to the internet, as soon as i disconnect the cable it stops and as soon as i plug it in again it peeks to 100% again.

Things i have tried -
* All the basic 100% disk usage troubleshooting (Superfetch, Windows Search, Virtual memory).
* Removing all antivirus applications.
* Boot scanning with an antivirus application.
* Scanning with malwarebytes and SpyHunter.
* Removing Ethernet Controller driver and reinstalling, uninstalling and using windows default driver.
* Running in safemode with networking (Actually works fine with networking mode).
* Diagnostic Startup.
* No system restore points.

I am totally lost .. the PC is DELL Inspiron Desktop

Help please :(

That sounds like nasty malware to me. Might not be, but that's the most likely candidate.

(Assuming Windows 10 here) Have you looked in the processes tab in task manager and clicked on the "disk" column to sort processes via disk usage?
Which process(es) is thrashing your disk?
What is the MB/s on that(/those) processes?

The top processes are changing between various processes including System, Local Host, Anti malware service - Windows Defender.
But all the processes are red showing 0.1 MB per sec
