Can't open my start menu or the search menu

I'm using windows 10 64 bit ,not sure what i should do. Everytime i restart my pc i'm able to acces the menu but the search menu is still broken somehow. But after an hour or so i can't acces the start menu

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
i typed this at powershell it gave me back access to my start menu but i'm stil unable to use my windows search button even if i restart my pc.

Did you turn off the Windows Search service? Maybe to cut down on disk usage.
