Samsung monitor problem

So I just bought a new Samsung 22" HD aaand it's been acting weird although the guy I bought it from made it work normally, so I just plug in 2 cables, an adaptor cable (laptop one) into the monitor and the other one that's connected to the GPU of my case, the screen keeps blinking and writes "analog" on the top left corner and keeps doing that for 3 blinks or so and gives black screen with blue light of the power monitor, so what to do ?

was the monitor's DVI's input problem I think, mainly from the monitor, Solved
